SARA – SERVICE ACTIVATED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

The complimentary Roadside Assistance (SARA) is a 1 year assistance product that gives you complete peace of mind 24 hours a day 365 days a year Europe wide, meaning you can enjoy your Alfa Romeo worry free wherever your journey takes you. The product applies to all Alfa Romeo vehicles up to 15 years of age and is given to you free of charge as part of the service offer provided by the Alfa Romeo Authorised Service Network.*

MOPAR ACCIDENT SUPPORT SERVICE

When you have been involved in an accident, be sure to contact Mopar Accident Support Service first, before letting your insurance know. We will make sure you are in a safe place and get in touch with a nominated “In case of Emergency” contact on your behalf. Our dedicated UK team can take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to guide you through the accident process and get you mobile. We will keep your vehicle within our network, ensuring Alfa Romeo Genuine Parts - called Mopar - are used, providing you with a 5 year repair guarantee.

WITH US YOU’LL NEVER BE WITHOUT A CAR

If we need to keep your car in our workshop for repairs, we’ll provide you with a courtesy car while we fix yours subject to certain conditions. If the problem happens you while you’re travelling, we’ll take care of the expenses of continuing your journey, from taxis to get you to the station to car rental so you can carry on travelling**.

LET'S SHORTEN THE DISTANCES

If your car breaks down more than 50 km/31 miles from home, we’ll get you back at our expense* along with your travel companions: for the hotel in case you can’t get going again right away, and the trip to come back and collect your car when it's repaired. And if the time needed to repair your car is more than 5 days, we’ll pay the expenses** to get your car back to you or to the authorised retailer where you live.
